Chamomile, peppermint, and raspberry teas are also great choices for relieving pain and reducing inflammation. Peppermint tea can also naturally numb your throat and alleviate your pain.
5 - Humidifier
If you’re getting a sore throat more frequently than normal, you may want to invest in a humidifier. Dry air may be the cause of your sore throat, especially in the cold winter. Humidifiers keep the air moist and help to open your sinuses.
